WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Business Forward released the 2026 voter registration toolkit.
“How To Help Your Employees Register and Vote” provides employers with practical guidance, nonpartisan voter resources, and tools to help employees register to vote, understand voting rules in their state, request absentee ballots, and prepare for Election Day.
“Employers have an important role to play in making sure their employees have the information and time they need to register and vote,” said Jim Doyle, president of Business Forward Foundation.
The updated toolkit also includes state-specific voting resources, guidance on mail-in and early voting, and information designed to help employers support workers who may face additional barriers to voting.
“Helping employees vote should not be viewed as political,” Doyle added. “It’s about encouraging participation, supporting your workforce, and strengthening civic engagement in communities across the country.”
The full toolkit is available here.
